Dear USC Coordinator
I hope this email finds you well. I have read your letter, and thank you for the kind response. As we discussed, I believe it is best to first test the program, by starting the program conservatively, and producing between 100-500 uniforms.
Once the program is started, with all designs and fabrics decided, the actual production will take approximately 4-6 weeks, for any decided volume, which I hope to significantly increase following the primary test run. |
In addition, we have a number of customers, designers, who are interested in donating left over fabrics, for use in any sewn goods to be sent (bookbags, uniforms, general clothing, etc.). These would vary each season, and by customer, but could contribute to any cause willing to accept varying materials.
These same designers are also more than willing to offer any design expertise, or assistance where needed. I would encourage the opportunity to include these designers in any way, as we could easily build a support network here, to contribute further to the program.
Lastly, I am equally as interested in immediately providing 3 qualified people with full-time employment, as quickly as the program can be started. I would anticipate being able to provide a total of 10 full-time positions by next spring, for qualified individuals, and pending the program's succeess.
I hope this answers your questions, and please feel free to inquire further if necessary. I believe that as things get started, I will be able to be more specific on volume, dates, etc. I also welcome, and would be pleased to invite any person related to your organization to visit our facility.
Kind Regards
Jennifer Evens
